Rutherford South

A couple of weeks ago, a grad school friend drove all the freaking way from BC for a wee visit. I thought I’d share a bit of our random wanderings.

A visit from my friend would not be complete without a visit to the Uof A campus and Rutherford Library, especially the south section, which is full of old books that few people care about (actually, they’re in the process of moving things, so there were a lot of empty shelves, which made the place seem even creepier then usual). It’s a place where you really need a tripod to get good pictures, and there’s never anyone around to shush you.
